Suzanna has recently joined the Wilks Head & Eve Valuation Department, bringing over 20 years of experience in both the public and private sector valuation work for commercial and residential properties to Red Book Standard. In particular she has an excellent range of involvement in both valuation and regeneration development work including the appraisal of affordable and private tenure housing advising Housing Association/RPs, Councils, Charities and private clients. She brings direct working experience of Council asset portfolio work having been part of a Property Valuation Team for a large London Borough which brings a good working knowledge and understanding to the challenges and issues that can arise.
